Dear Compassionate Friend:

A brief reminder of upcoming events – we hope that you will be able to join us at one or more of them.

1. Summer Social – Saturday July 16th

Eileen and I will be hosting our annual pot-luck Summer Social on Saturday, July 16th from 4:30 pm. Everyone is welcome whether you have attended meetings or not. This social activity is a way to keep in touch with people you may have met through TCF or to introduce you to new friends. It is a true potluck, so please bring whatever you fancy, homemade or purchased – this is a no-stress event. Cutlery, plates, napkins, tea and coffee will be provided; drinks would be appreciated. To help with planning, please RSVP to this e-mail, but you will also be welcome if you decide to come at the last minute. For directions, please reply to this e-mail or call 613-692-4521.

2. Sharing Circles- every 3rd Tuesday

Our Circles will continue through the summer on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at The Olde Forge Community Resource Centre. The next meetings will be on July 19th, August 16th, September 20th and October 18th. There are no fees to attend any of our events or activities and no need to register in advance. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. For directions and a map, please visit our Chapter website

3. National Gathering – August 25th – 27th, 2017

The Medicine Hat Chapter, with the support of the TCF National Board, is organizing a National Gathering with the theme of “Sharing Hope” to be held in Medicine Hat, AB in August of next year. We are currently in the early planning stage and the attached poster gives initial information, including the logo. If you would like to assist with planning, or have ideas or suggestions for workshops, presentations or activities, or would like to attend, please reply to this e-mail.

Best wishes,
