The Compassionate Friends of Ottawa, would like to thank everyone involved in the preparation of The Worldwide Candle Lighting Ceremony 2022, held on Sunday.

The evening was a great success and this wouldn’t be possible without the many volunteers.

Tubman’s Funeral Home, for the gracious offer of a very welcoming venue to hold such an event, tea and coffee, as well as all the printing of the Agenda and pamphlets.

Terry Masnyk for her work on Communications going out to the Community, as well herself and her husband, Dave, for setting up and taking down for the event.

Maria and Andrew Onuferko for the beautiful flower arrangements as well as help with set up and take down for the event.

Maria Onuferko, Doug Cameron, Terry Masnyk, Pheroza Merchant and Darlene Burke for all the beautiful Readings.

Thank you to all who brought the delicious home baked sweets and last but not least, Thank you to all who attended.

It was a pleasure hosting this event which left a warm, loving sense of togetherness for all who attended. Honoring our children who have passed, with "light" of candles around the world, shows us all that they are never forgotten and are forever loved.

Thank you

Larry and Paulette Cadman
